1. License
The purchase of the service license can be purchased either with Demeter ICT or directly with Zendesk, the price does not differ much depending on the exchange rate of the Thai baht.
2. Implementation
As for the implementation, it can only be purchased with DMIT as Zendesk doesn’t offer implementation in Thailand yet. So you can buy a license with Zendesk and buy an implementation with us. Or you can buy both License and Implement with us at once as well. If you buy Implement with us, you will receive training as well.
3. Training
3.1. Zendesk
– This is an online training course by Zendesk experts in English.
– Details of Zendesk training courses can be found here.
3.2. Demeter ICT
– This is an on-site training course with experts from DMIT in Thai language.
– If you are a Demeter ICT customer, you will be eligible to participate in the annual Training.
– If the customer purchases Implement with DMIT, the Traning course is already included, but can be purchased separately as well.
